Custom Swedish Massage

Swedish massage uses gentle, flowing strokes, light kneading, and joint movement to relax the body and calm the nervous system. It helps increase circulation and lymphatic flow, ease muscle tension and stiffness, and improve flexibility and range of motion.

Many people find it lowers stress and anxiety, supports better sleep, and promotes an overall sense of well-being. It’s an ideal choice for a first massage or for anyone seeking general relaxation and recovery.

Available for women only.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage uses smooth, heated stones to warm muscles deeply, allowing tension to melt with less pressure and soreness. The steady heat boosts circulation, eases chronic stiffness, and helps the nervous system shift into a calm, restorative state. Many people report reduced stress, better sleep, and a lingering sense of comfort and well-being after a session.

Hot stones are typically kept at around 120 degrees. Heat is really good for helping the muscles relax and give your nervous system a sense of calm.

Not recommended for anyone with neuropathy or are pregnant.

Available for women only.

Infant Massage Class

Infant massage uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to calm the nervous system and deepen bonding through touch and eye contact. Many parents find it helps babies settle, sleep longer, and soothe fussiness. Light tummy strokes can ease gas and support digestion, while regular practice improves circulation, body awareness, and parents’ confidence in reading their baby’s cues.

60 min infant massage class $60

Cupping

Cupping may look like bruising but unlike bruising blood is drawn out without breaking blood vessels. Cupping is used to relieve pain and inflammation, and aid in relaxation. Particularly good for athletes and active people.

Facial and neck cupping uses small silicone or glass cups to create gentle negative pressure that glides over the skin. Light suction encourages lymphatic drainage and microcirculation, helping reduce puffiness, ease jaw/neck tension, and give a temporary “lifted” glow. It’s done with minimal suction and a slip medium to avoid marks and is avoided over irritated or broken skin.

Available for women only.
